What is an NTF Mutual Fund?

NTF stands for No-Transaction Fee. When a mutual fund is identified as an NTF fund that means there is no transaction charge when you buy, sell or exchange the mutual fund. Capital One Investing℠ currently offers a mix of NTF and non-NTF funds as part of its mutual fund offering, and none of our funds have a sales load. Costs and other expenses apply to continued investment in the fund and are described in the fund's current prospectus. Please keep in mind these funds may be subject to the Early Redemption Fee (except for money market funds). See our Pricing & Rates for additional details.

You should carefully consider information contained in the prospectus, including investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses. For a prospectus containing this and other important information, please visit the fund's detailed quote page, or contact a Capital One Investing Customer Service Associate. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.
